First of all sorry for the late as I haven't got notified.

I'm not sure about it, as there is no mention of it as far I know.
This is an auto traffic exchange, so maybe some people run the viewer from their own home PC and some people run on VPS/RDP.

Now you can figure out what IPs it could be...

You should learn more about auto traffic exchange, manual traffic exchange, and about the traffic bots.

Some traffic bots to make you understand the difference.
