UPDATE KING has now been banned for a month and still no refund.

Maybe King is under a lot of pressure lately.

Let's see if a month off will help him relax.

So a little update, I was going to message king the following message: “48 hours have passed and no reply from you, are you going to reply anytime soon?” - only to discover he has now blocked me from messaging him and unfriended me on Discord.

I was almost positive I wasn’t getting my money back, but now I think that proves it all. I just hope he does get banned for wasting my time, wasting other people’s time, as well as taking our money.

I could of dealt with someone else, I could of had a better experience and less stress, it’s not just about the money but also about the time I’ve wasted, which I will never get that back, as well as the stress he has put me through, by threatening me, by being rude and again by not wanting to give me back my money.

So again it’s more than just losing money, because luckily I do have an actual job so the $50 dollars isn’t the main issue here.

I was quoted $200 and 1-3 days for a quite a simple task, he tells me has started but can't show any proof. Also told me he lost his ID card.. it's 2 weeks tomorrow and I've seen nothing.

Sent him a down payment last night for a bot. Noticed he was banned this morning. I was gonna try and contact him on Discord but I don't have it.

I don't know man, I am lost of words right now.

If you've read my dispute against him, he tried to reverse everything I say. Sadly, he thought that I'm new to this kind of situation. He even tried to threaten me that I will not win the dispute and to stay low.

I had a contract with him as well, $50 if he could fix an IG bot for me. Dude never reached back out to me, so he didn't got paid. Still shows the kind of character.

I also messaged him twice after he's been banned, he hasn't msged back.

Seems like hes doing this to everyone... last time I talked to him he said there was a problem sniffing API's for my program, haven't heard anything since.

Me and King had agreed on a contract, which was 120 for a Instagram BOT, down payment of 50 dollars, and when finished I would send him another 70 dollars.

A little over 24 hours after I put up a contract with King I started seeing a lot of KING’s clients disputing due to him not being able to finish the project he had promised them, I also seen that they had to wait a LONG time to get refunded.
I got worried and asked for a refund, but also some financial problems occurred in my life and obviously I explained it to KING, which he was understanding and said he would refund me.

Never intended to threaten I was simply stating that I had waited a week for a refund, and that if he didn’t refund me I would open a dispute, as i was getting worried and felt like he was wasting my time:

This has gone on for far to long, and I felt the need to open this dispute specially after the conversation we had today.

Please do see all the pictures, and decide for yourself if you would like to ever deal with this member, the way he speaks to people is disgusting, not only that but threatening other people that defend whoever defends the person who disputes against him.

I think I did everything right, I asked if he had started on the project before asking for a refund, he clearly stated he hadn’t started, and he clearly stated he would refund me, therefor ending our contract.

After this he claims he finished the project, I ask why? Why would he carry on doing the project when he clearly said he hadn’t started on it when I asked for a refund?

To me it all seems like excuses not to give me my money, but I let you all be the judge of that.

Again, in the thread, you don't have the right to ask for a refund since you came after 1 day to ask for it. I already did some work that I will show tomorrow. I'm also tired.

I have said it a million times, if you're not serious, don't ever come to me. I will state it once again here. Don't approach me for a deal if you're not 100% sure you want it. I don't have time to deal with kids. I've been here since 2009. Many deals even before the contract system. So if you're trying to act smart and trying to ruin my reputation, no one can ruin it at all. I have many happy customers and closed deals for amounts X100 what you paid.

Because I stopped the project before you even started working on it. I made sure to ask if you had started before asking for a refund, if you had already started I wouldn’t ask for the refund and we would of carried on the contract.

You then agreed to refund me so therefor ending our contract.

Clearly you got scammed and I'm afraid you are never going to get your $50 back

1st - Opening a deal dispute.
2nd - Leaving a negative rating in his BR profile.
