No, your playstation cannot be banned.

Advantages
You can play all the new released titles at a very cheap price.
You can earn trophies in your main account.
You can now buy PS Plus account and gain full multiplayer ps plus features.
If you buy a titled game you can get amazing deals.
Works for a lifetime if your PS4 is offline.

Disadvantages
There is no way to know when the account will stop working …the way to solve this issue is playing solely offline. Offline Gamers can expect years to a lifetime of access to the games you purchased. Online gamer are looking at potentially 2-3 month life-span , there is no way to be sure, some online gamer’s have had their account working for years, and some just for a few months.

FOR OFFLINE GAMERS-

Keep ps4 offline after downloading game.

if you use lan cable then simply unplug and if you you use wifi then you should change wifi password so ps4 cant connect automatically.

FOR ONLINE GAMERS-
1)For those who decided to play online then please remember to only play the games from your own account.

2)Sometimes the lock can come when you update your ps4 or force shutdown to fix this you have to login to our user and then activate and restore licence this will the fix lock.

there is no risk of console ban. if you dont connect your switch to wifi you will never lose the games.
