He changed it purely because he needed a defense for the mountain of lies he got caught out for, there are other places he implied staff approval (knowing lavish he probably edited them out or deleted he's notorious for this) some may be in our quotes but i can assure you any of the other active participants can vouch for this.

This is true. The most i held as middleman was 6k at one point and that was 2x3k deals at the same time. And thats 2 years of middlemaning, most of the deals are under 500$.

The scene for IGs and GTs on HF is dead as it gets and those deals are the ones with most value. No one has to be in this crew to open their own MM service nor they need to give someone 1BTC. LOL
