I know, right?!? I looked into it and it looks like the shaggy that is taken is spelled shāggy with an ā. I did a trust scan of the user and it says yes for special characters. This leads me to believe that plain old Shaggy is still available. Shaggy Rogers is taken, unfortunately.

I swear I recall the original name being used by a user, his acc data was probably remove during the mass pruning of HF a little while ago, hope someone jumps on it and makes an app here.
