Buyer can purchase the group itself from MMLF and then if they didn't want to rebrand they can buy Ston3rz userbar/name from you?

Correct. If they want the branding they need to buy the branding rights from Zeus otherwise it needs to be fully rebranded. Only thing the group is missing is yellow pot leaves as profile stars.

When a group is transferred it gets rebranded?
It’s a userbar why would he be bothered it’s common sense if someone tried to steal a userbar it would just get put on another group or crew I have so you wouldn’t be able to make profit. If you where to do that why would you ask such a question?

To be used again.
If I ever sell the group, the user bar goes back to the original owner.

In the contract with MMLF it would state that the group needs to be rebranded upon transfer. If that does not happen MMLF can easily open a dispute and overall wouldn't be a great start for a newly transferred group's reputation.
