Yes but this wouldn't be a war against China, pretty much nuking either one will trigger neighboring countries to attack. If you nuke China you'll have fallout in South Korea and Japan. Russia would also launch it's entire arsenal because if China is getting nuked it's likely next. Nuclear war will never happen.

That's why China are pretty much doing nothing for US then because the consequence maybe much more harsh for they were expecting.

But to be hones I am praying things would never happen...the world needs peace and healing after all the virus is still existing and isn't contained.

This will never happen. The US would consider this a declaration of war and reply with nuclear missiles. Whilst USA might not be able to launch, one of their allies will.
