I've been looking to see if their is a URL proxy viewbot I could use as I want to get my views up on blogs and shit like that so a viewbot that uses a proxy text list would be great I've searched and couldn't find one I found a broken one on github that just doesn't work at all so if you guys got a python script URL proxy viewbot it would be greatly appreciated

A simple search brought many bot fitting in your condition some of are for youtube but with simple tinkering they'll work.
Improve your googling skills
And this is quite easy task actually many tutorials on YouTube

Can't paste links but this is how I searched it:
View bot GitHub
Website traffic bot GitHub

Good luck
