I believe the view all awards page is down or being worked on. When I click on it, it says “this feature is currently disabled.”

If you're talking about the page that lists every award ever granted in chronological order, then that is an admin-only page. The problem is that when the award market is active, members generally switch their award purchases from HF to members. Obviously that is counter to what HF would like. If you are looking for awards that you don't need to purchase, then check out the Award Goals.
