Clearly this is troll, to say he's the the best alive.

But wayne definitely gets a lot of hate and has more and more over the years, but he's definitely one of the goats. (especially his old stuff). I wouldn't ever say the greatest alive though. But then again, idk who to classify as the best alive because all modern rap sucks.

The amount of tracks he is just featured on is insane not to mention his own hits. highly doubt if he not number 1 he is very close to the top of features on a albums all time. you can listen to a track, example faded by tyga and song ok and when lil wayne raps his verses takes the song to another level.
