Test buy will be 2 sim cards each provider you can get.
The second buy will be 25-50 sim cards of each provider.

Can you tell me what's a 'pay as you go' sim? I've got some 'prepaid' sim deals (i get them from the guys that supply provider's stores with them), is it the same thing?

Mostly the same as prepaid cards, basically sim cards you can add balance to any time you want. Not the monthly pay cards.
