Got myself an Iphone and I'm struggling

I got myself an Iphone SE2020 as I was looking for a smaller device with more or less up to date specs. This is my first time using an iphone and I got it 15ish days ago.
At first I noticed I had to input my password like 20 times in order to setup iCloud and region properly.
After which I went to the app store, which seems like a huge mess as I can't see categories for apps I need, but I get them when I open an app individually.
Figured I'd start with good old YouTube, which to my surprise, wasn't available on the appstore. After going back and forth, I changed the region in order to download the application ._.

So far, I'm not a fan.

What application would you recommend me to handle offline use of audio files? As in, audio player. I don't want to use any streaming service nor be necessarily connected to the internet when I'm listening to the music.
Help 🤣
Why is youtube not on the appstore?

Apparently it is not available in the Serbian region on the appstore. The service is also free worldwide and was always available on google appstore. Yet you get to change the region without any verification, so unsure what's the point of that.
Downloading music to your computer and then uploading to your phone via iTunes (tutorials everywhere on google and youtube) will let you save any of the songs you want right to your phone's music library, useful for listening to music offline but you'll have to update your song list manually.

Ya that sounds dumb. Were you asking like what app to use to listen to music?

I do this too, it’s pretty easy to do once you have iTunes set up on your computer, no ads obviously aha

Exactly haha, very useful for offline listening, too bad there weren't easier ways though.

Yes, that's what I'm asking for.
Any application you'd recommend that's only used for music listening *in offline mode*.
I'm literally struggling to find basic apps.

Well I personally use youtube music because you can also watch youtube videos without any ads.

I have all music I want downloaded.
Should I simply go for VLC like Webdev recommended to play audio files or there is any other audio player you'd recommend?

As for the YouTube, I changed the region and it became available on the appstore.

Yeah I would go with webdev and dope glad u figured it out the thing with Apple is there’s a bunch of random bs like that for stupid reasons, you’ll soon learn that android destroys IOS in the App Store world.
