So I'm assuming we need accounts on various exchanges right?
Which exchanges do you prefer or work better with your bot?

While we have large-scale exchange support, we are only offering Binance at the moment as it is the exchange we feel most comfortable with. We released Smart Trade only a few months ago, and our Binance results have been beyond what anybody (Including us) expected. We don't want to offer, for example, Bitmex support until we have had substantial beta testing there.

Hi, please start a contract if you'd like to access Smart Trade. If you have specific questions, I am happy to answer them here.
Many of you should be having your first week's invoice coming up. We applied a $5 credit to all HF accounts, so some of you will not need to pay, depending on your net profit this week.

IMPORTANT: Remember to mark your contract complete upon paying your first week's fee. Or to start a contract if we do not already have one prior to paying your first fee.
Could you PM me info about this?
Can you Pm me some info? thanks :)

PM'd, but generally I can answer your questions more specifically if I know what you're curious about. Thanks!

If you want more information, please leave a post or PM with exactly what information you'd like. I love to answer questions, but the problem with "Can you PM me some info about this" is that I don't know what info you're looking for.
The pricing structure with this is super unique and judging by other members’ posts the quality seems nice. I’m going to lurk here for a little bit.

Awesome! Yes, it is a very unique pricing structure. We figured that if our success is tied to our clients, it will show that we are serious about our service.
So what happens if the bot loses money in a week? What would the fee be if, say, BTC trading pairs earned $400 but my USDT pairs lost $100 in the same week, then what would the bot charge?

I am beyond impressed with this product so far.

There actually is a refund system (20% refund on the losing amount on weekly net result)!
I'm yet to see any account to take advantage to that, as I we haven't yet had a user at a weekly closed loss. The closest I've seen is someones weekly BTC trades ended in minor loss on the weekly but then that was overshadowed by the profits generated by the USDT trading pair, and this reduced their fee to near nothing even though they ended in profit!

Awesome! That’s a nice system.
I know you said that it hasnt happened yet but what if a user ended the week in overall loss?

If a user ended a week in loss, balance would be added to their fee prepayment. Again this hasn't happened yet even with hundreds of active accounts.

Just sent you a contract.

Curious to know the security protocols and whether my account will get breached under any case.

Not possible. You don't provide us with any of your funds whatsoever. All trading is managed through API keys without withdraw permissions. In order to get breached, your exchange account itself would need to be compromised.
