For those that have asked me for phone number sources via private message, I have sent you a solution. However to make it easier for everyone else considering this method as an advertising solution here is a great source for U.S., Canadian, and U.S. Virgin Islands phone numbers and their wireless carriers:

Area code 313 in this example is for Detroit, Michigan. But this site covers all areas codes in the U.S., Canada, and Virgin Islands. The part of the site that you are looking for is at the bottom of the page and specifically what you are looking for is this:



As you can see, we have the ability to see which prefixes belong to which carrier. In the case of hunting down cell phones that have whatsapp installed, we look to the prefixes nominated to wireless carriers. Each prefix carries 10,000 possible phone numbers. Now all we do is scan those 10,000 phone numbers with our whatsapp scanner and in a few minutes it tells us how many phones are active and which have whatsapp running.

Now all we need to do is set our message and let it rip.

If you are advertising a brick and mortar business, you can use the format above with a map pin-pointing the name of the restaurant and its address. In the second example you can send voice messages. There are so many other ways to send and write ads based on whatever it is you are specifically marketing. Your mind is the only limit here.

So out of this range of 50,000 phone numbers, 5,444 cellular numbers had whatsapp installed and running. Now we load that into our blaster, which already has our ads pre-load, and away we go. The filter program is a free tool? I would like to be able to filter lists before sending so I know how many have WhatsApp. I am thinking of scraping business numbers in bulk. what's the min-max order as well?

The filter tool costs $175. Plus you need channels to run it. There is no minimum order to filter numbers. But because channels cost to produce, I'll scan each list of 100 phone numbers for $1.
