Fair enough, alcohol definitely isn't nice but I can drink beer along with a meal or just in general. I actually don't mind the taste of most beer, but then again I'm Australian. And yes you can, just don't get drunk before you smoke, get high before you drink. When I used to smoke with people, I'd be the biggest buzzkill because I'd just be off in my own world and hardly talk (after the first 30 minutes I'd zone out completely) so I'd have to drink to lift my mood up. Obviously it's different for everyone though. I have nothing against bud, I think it's better than drinking alcohol tbh I just prefer alcohol.
