I m looking for something where i can just execute the file and it fetches all the keystrokes or copy & pasted data since the windows server 2012 was restarted.

There is no way to gather historic keystrokes without already having some sort of keylogging mechanism on the machine already. Vanilla windows does not save keystrokes. As for the clipboard, Clipboard history first appeared in Windows 10's October 2018 Update (Version 1809) and, as such, isn't a mechanism implemented into server 2012.

Windows Server doesn't save any historic keystrokes, so It's not possible..Unless you had an Keylogger installed.
