Already have bought the domain and will pay for hosting. Also will pay the developer an amount discussed at a later time.

I have no clue how to code. I would just be funding it. Already have the domain and will pay for hosting.

There was a poker system i used to use which is still used i believe by bigboybets (Runescape gambling) i think it was called mavericks and was easy to find a coder to make an api to trade forum tokens for chips via cash in / cash out system however you would need to make a HF acc soley for transfering credits for withdraw and deposits.

People underestimate the time it takes to build stuff like this. And the people qualified to do it are probably already developers. Which means they won't accept low pay since it's essentialy what they're doing all day already.

this is a shitty move, but personally if I where you i'd just snipe this project and keep it as your own, no way someone offering 10$ for really anything can successfully run it. (unless the other users where misinformed and the OP is paying atleast 15x 10$)
