Leaving my quick review, took a little longer than I expected to get round to doing this, so apologies OP.

Layout: 5/10

Very readable, but does feature a lot of text that's the same size and in large chunks that probably could be compressed to fewer pages. This won't take any value out of the methods inside though, and there are plenty of pictures to guide you throughout.

Methods: 8/10

For this price you aren't expecting HQ spreading methods with private exploits etc, it still does focus on more well known and saturated traffic areas. However, the guide will teach you how to take a unique approach and still work very effectively.

Overview:

For the price you will not beat this, for any beginner I would suggest this if they are struggling to spread.
