Whe I try to open Biozombie's bot file in hex workshop it says access is denied and it wont open. Anyone know why?

Edit: Ive tried a couple of these programs and the bot's will never open up in the hex editor

It's not a cracked one, it's a DDoSeR made off of Krippler's winsock example for delphi and is compatible with the 3.4 servers.

I have tried to download ALL OF THEM ( except the ones that need to be piurchased) and in all the occasions when i download them it said to me '''file destination could not be read'''please contact your server administrator..
