I contacted a hacker for hiring to hack and get root access for a control panel and he said : i will execute it as the root user on the server this will make me gain control of the Exim server
As ISPmanager uses Exim

since he is using ISPmanager 5 this mean it's up to date and very clear the guy you hired don't know shit about what he is doing he just found Exim service so he said he can hack the full server using it and it's just lie as Exim service is E-mailing service

all he can do is sending from the server or make DDos attack but can't take control over the host

I've been here for over a year minus all the other accounts that i've forgotten about. I see so many of these low level skids pop up when they see any form of payment or an easy social engineering attempt.
