Hello.
I had a falling out with a member. Among many things, he said I spent too much time on Convo/HF than with him on Discord. (I do)
He neg'd then ignored/blocked. I'd like to be able to change mine, or delete my positive, but I cannot. Seems odd.
Strange how a friend of years gets jealous of a place he introduced me to.

You're able to edit your rating on him to a Neutral rating as a L33t member.
It should show the option after clicking "Rate User" - just change the positive to the neutral and click Update Rating.
Deleting given popularity ratings is also already a feature, it's just for the V3ndor usergroup only.
Side note: I would advise against including your personal issues in Suggestion threads.

Unless you're saying I can edit it from my Control Panel, I don't see a solution in your post.
As to your side note, my advice is posting in other suggestion threads if you dislike this one.

Cooligan did provide a solution. Like... he literally provided the exact, specific solution to your problem. You simply click the "rate" button again (just like you did when you gave them the initial popularity) and then you choose a different one than what you already have. Then you click the "Update Rating" button.

When u click on his profile, you can still rate him, no matter if he ignored u

When a user adds you to their Ignore List you're still able to access their Popularity page, it literally says:
"You cannot view their profile. You can view their popularity HERE. This is an upgraded member feature."
