This is nuts.
They have sandals for working and a nap room.
I really want to go work in Japan. I finally get why people are obsessed with anime and their culture.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you've chosen literally the worst country to say this about.

You really just did burst my bubble.
Check out the video anyways. That specific place is a nice working environment.

There's tons of other great things about their culture too (random compilation of online stuff I found/can think of):
- Nobody stands up in the movies until the credits are finished. They actually respect the producers and actors.
- They don't wear shoes indoors.
- Public school funding is untouchable in Japan.
- People are generally cleaner (wearing masks to respect others from germs, etc.) from what I saw.
- Overall, tipping in Japan is not customary. The Japanese culture is one that is firmly rooted in dignity, respect, and hard work. As such, good service is considered the standard and tips are viewed as unnecessary.
- Also, fish in American supermarkets would almost never be considered fresh by Japanese standards. Most of what is considered "fresh" in the fish section in America would be heavily discounted/thrown out in any Japanese supermarket.
- Great art culture, especially manga and anime. Great MMOs. Great events/conventions.
- Americans are more prudish when it comes to media. In Japan children's cartoons, it's not unusual to see a penis being depicted. It's very much in the context of just potty humor and it's very much thought of like how little kids think "teehee, wienies." You're seen as a pedophile in the west just for talking to a little boy or girl.
- Strict gun laws, so there's very few shootings.
- Porn is censored (which IMO is a good thing for various reasons, but it's debatable)
- And a lot of other things.

What I respect about Japanese work environments is that the boss often sits in the middle, and they have open
workspaces; so no cubicles type shit.
I love Japan, I hope to visit there one day as I'm a huge weeb also.
I hate the weeb shit but it seems like a nice place to visit at least, but I think there are some good places in like America and stuff to work, I hear that facebook/google are trying to be more accessible and enjoyable workplaces for everyone.
Think I read that Facebook have recently bought a hugeeeeeee piece of land near one of their main offices and are trying to convert it into a whole community with shops and shit for their employees as a priority but also as a general community for outsiders too.
Japanese have an attitude towards work. They really work hard and only have few minutes for rest.
The LORD is my strength and shield.
I've always thought the Japanese are workaholics. Turns out they have nap rooms? I want to visit and possibly work in Japan.

Looks very interesting. I must visit Japan at least once in a lifetime.
Japan and their weeebs are enough propaganda already.
Don't get sucked into those pixel porn girls, if u live there and don't speak japanese I bet it would be a depressing stay anyway.
They don't litter in Japan all the streets are extremely clean and you can leave your bike or laptop whilst you go to the bathroom and don't have to worry about people stealing it.
However their work culture is quite strict, for example people don't want to be the first one to leave a shift so all the workers end up staying for extra unpaid work a lot.

Would love to live in Japan.
It's just a cool culture to start a family.

Although Japan does have a problem with depression under workers. I think this is a generation thing and might go away within the next one.
Of course, the issue is not as simple as that.

I think it would be amazing for Japan's workers mental (and even physical) health if it goes away as a generation thing.

True, I heard they also have trouble having a kid because sex has become too taboo or something.
I would gladly offer my help to them with that hahaha
