Thinking of buying a macbook pro 13" 2020 16gb RAM.
Do you have any other recommendations? I know there's the Dell XPS 13 I've had one before a 15" one but not sure man.
I'll mainly be using it to rat, so vm required on the mac.
I have a feeling it won't be in the box when it arrives though 🤭

After it arrives I will buy loads of cocaine and celebrate my success 🤑
I don't understand the delirium around apple
Only the operating system can be useful for 10% of people who buy apple ...
The performance of computers is zero for a price too excessive
No. Never buy Mac.... Sorry, but I just prefer Windows as an OS or at least Linux. A good acer computer can get you far man.
Don't buy apple if you cannot afford it. If you have 10k usd in your bank account and no other assets, no you don't have the money to buy a macbook. Go with a Lenovo Think Pad.

Tbh I like it just because the OS and build quality. I may get a XPS 13 though not sure. I'd need a 4k one because displays are important to me. Retina is nice.
For me, I prefer the airs because of the weight

I was going to buy a cheap one of those Lenovo's. But I will maybe say it wasn't in the box and get a refund. I'm about to be very rich so wth!
When I'm rich I'm gonna buy a £50k Mac Pro (XDR Display) just bragging for a sec.
Anyone recommend anything other than a Dell XPS 13 over a MacBook Pro 13 please let me know.
I have 2 MacBook Pro computers and I’ll tell you thy it’s a great computer but, I built a super computer with my friend and all total cost me $7k-8k and it’s a 1000% to have a computer you can customize. Don’t buy a premise computer as they charge you way more for the setting up. Have a friend that could help you assemble it and save

Dang that must be a nice computer. I will have a windows PC as well as my Mac Pro (when I'm rich).
The actual fuck is this thread?
I recently got rid of my MacBook Air and upgraded to the 13" Pro w/ Touchbar to travel/move around with, I wouldn't even look at another laptop. MacBook the way to go.

Same here dude. The touchbar is incredible. It's one of the best laptops I've had in a while. I'm still surprised how skinny it is.
If you want to learn hacking and do stuff like hacking, I recommend you to go for a laptop with Windows or Linux OS.
Nah man you could get a high end gaming PC for the same price

Yeah, I've had majority of MacBooks in the last decade. This is by far the best one and my favourite one I've owned. Base on how skinny it was played a HUGE decision in me purchasing it to travel with since I came off the MacBook Air as my travel/move around with computer.
