Well it will never be charged for, they don't want money! As long as the guys who own it wont get the service abused, it will be public if it gets too many idiots abusing it then they will go private. This is what the owner told me.

I found a few passwords of mine I didn't know were leaked. Luckily to nothing too serious and I always have 2FA setup.

Pretty good database here. Guessing this was just a bunch of leaked databases compiled?
