Even though I haven't tried it myself with CPA or anything related but with such low bids I think you still might be able to make a profit if you have nicely paying offers (Such as crakrev's 55 dollar ones).
It's pop traffic but I did not know any of the networks myself, and I used quite a few to promote adult CPA offers.

fernquaker For people to be able to vouch they need to be contracted customers. Please be sure to link the TID to the contract so that people can actually vouch. All the vouches that you currently have, for example, the ones from Winds and Herion are invalid.

"4. All vouches in threads must be related to a Contract and from a verified "Contracted Customer". One becomes a verified "Contracted Customer" if a contract has a thread ID (tid) in it."

My Review:
First I want to apologize to the OP for taking so long in posting my review for a vouch copy he gave me. I was able to try out two of the sources from the list of traffic sources he provided, and the traffic is indeed extremely cheap. You can get visitors for $0.00001 Per Visitor as stated in thread. What I noticed is that these visitors aren't of the highest quality, but at the same time its Pop traffic and you are only paying $0.00001 Per Visitor. I personally was not successful in monetizing the traffic, however this traffic can be easily resold. The OP also provides other sources that I was not able to try due to budget and time. If you are someone who is looking for traffic, or even looking to make some money, this guide will be useful. For the making money part, as I said before you can resell the traffic. OP is very helpful in answering questions and providing support for the traffic sources he has used. Thanks for the vouch copy and I apologize again for the delay.
