has anybody been using the blockchain wallet with gold verification?
is it worth upgrading to Gold level?
what reasons would there be to do and not do it?
safety concerns or other?
the reason being is i would like the ability to swap to eth/usdt whenever things happen like today, but I have always been kinda careful when it comes to KYC and giving my ID out in the crypto space. does anybody have experience with it?
Blockchain wallet use Legacy addresses and haven't upgraded to segwit. You pay 40% more fees. It's the worst wallet that exists right now into the cryptospace. I wouldn't recommend to anyone this wallet.

SN, I'll hodl till the end.
I'm a verified customer over there ...It allows you to deposit and earn interest with their program (12% for USDT )
Better options imho for not just an exchange but as a custodial wallet too.
thanks everybody, i appreciate the responses.
i am now looking at exodus wallet, any opinions on that?

Excellent wallet. My only complaint is that the exchange rates sort of suck.
I would suggest wasabi as your main wallet. It's the best one that exists right now as I believe.

The worst wallet is bitpay, they are not just legacy, they also charge fees for their own on both receiving and sending.
Plus they force you to leave $5-$10 in the wallet in many occasions for some reason, even if you need that $10 to fulfill a payment, the wallet just notifies you that you don't have enough bitcoin even if you do lol.
