I was hoping to visit London in the middle of December, I just wonder if anyone has any information about the lockdowns, like will the museums get opened in the middle of December or?

Looks like most places will be in at best a tier 2 situation, no one really takes it seriously in Greater London, even the police, despite living in a 'hotspot'. Can't speak for central but I'd imagine they have to show face/force, be seen to be doing something, such as throwing a 72 year old woman spread eagled into the back of a police van in front of the house of commons like they did yesterday. Low hanging fruit comes to mind.

I live in London, everything has opened up now, but if you come to the country (guessing you are not living in UK), you will have to quarantine for 2 weeks as far as I know, would it be worth it for you?

London has literally just come out of lockdown today, and its on a tier 2. So shops, restaurants are all open. Whether I'd choose to go while all this craziness is going on is another thing 🤷🏽‍♂️

London is in lockdown, isn't it? I saw in some videos that the streets were empty in some of the biggest tourist attractions. I remember going during the summer and it was already getting a little cold.

Yeah i agree London wether is quiet unpredictable at times but staying out of London this year is a better option.
