While I understand that it is a herculean task to try and police a market full of tons of different deals and different deal stipulations, I still believe that some minor modifications should be made to the contracts system to both help Vendors, as well as the HF consumer population.
For the most part, the vast majority of deals on HF go very smooth but there has been an increased uptick in what I consider "lazy contracts" where-in sellers (as-well as buyers) tend to try and speed thru a contract. I get it, some vendors on this forum have THOUSANDS of deals and automatic contracts are great.
In an attempt to help protect users from their own bad habits (being lazy with contracts) I suggest the following addition to both the vendor contract template system.
T.O.S Contract Template would help vendors who have the same T.O.S for a majority of their products. It might look something like this:

And the created contract might look something like this note the new Stipulations section

I also think the same edit box could exist for anyone creating a contract.
I realize this might seem silly considering we already have "CONTRACT TERMS" but I believe that box is mostly used to re-define what is being sold and not used that often to refer to things like stipulations/terms of service.
Furthermore, including the terms (editable) in each contract before it's accepted by both parties and then cannot be edited afterward would be a good idea in my opinion. I don't think it's appropriate to put things in contracts like "TOS IN THREAD" and then allow the user to edit the TOS at will. In general I think that every deal should be self contained and both parties should agree and more importantly hopefully both parties are satisfied.
Opinions welcome.
