Anyone else having issues with long confirmations? I sent like $200 with a $3 fee to my coinbase account and it has been 6-7 hours and still nothing.

A $3 fee isn't quite specific enough - what is the feerate of your transaction measured in satoshis per vbyte?  You can check here:  https://www.blockstream.info

There's about 4 vMB worth of transactions bidding higher than yours, as long as price volatility doesn't go crazy, you can probably expect it to be confirmed within 12 more hours.
