Depends what kind of wallet you are using? Most wallets allow you to change the fee/sat.

sat/b means satoshi/byte .

satoshi is the smallet unit of bitcoin. you can use sat/byte to btc/usd converter to see the value.

Minimum possible transaction fee is 1sat/byte it will take from 24 hour to 48hour or a couple days to confirm, but sometimes when fees are low, it will be confirmed in 5-10 min.

Generally you should put 40 sat/byte, noadays fees are high, to get confirmed under 1 hour you need to put 118sat/byte
