How do the lobbies work?

2. I will then give instructions to you to get to level 1000 the quickest way, you will do it and I will end game to check on your level, if you are not yet at 1000 the game will be restarted and you will repeat the steps.

If you are talking about the level and weapon levels then yes they transfer to multiplayer as well.
