The app is called SimCash. This app uses your unused SMS or load to text mainly and PAYS you for it. As of now, it is only available on android.
The amount they pay you per SMS depends on your country. As for mine the minimum they can pay you is €0.0005 and the maximum is €0.0050 per SMS. This pay go up depending on your country.
For referrals, this app gives you 10% of the earnings of your 1st level referral (direct referrals). Then, they also have this 2nd level referral (those who are referred by your 1st level referrals) which gives you 5% of their earnings.
