Marketplace Insurance Services

Check out this thread on contracts, and safe trading in the marketplace. How to use contracts, and stay safe

So basically you're wondering "what the fuck is this, and how the fuck does it work?".

1. Insurance works by spreading around risk so if one person gets fucked, they're not completely ruined
2. Okay, but why should I trust you? You shouldn't, or any one for that matter. I'm a "normal user" which will come off as sketch. Which leads me to the next portion.
3. How it works: A trusted middle man in the community will hold premiums until the end of the period. In which they will be given their fees which will come out of the cost. HF Contracts will be made with both myself, and the middle man, and you, you will be assigned a contract by me, and must ener a contract with the mm for your protection, and ours . In order to be eligible for a payout you must first dispute the contract and seek resolution, if a resolution is not made within 60 days, you will be eligible for a payout. BE warned you are REQUIRED to provide proof, detailed proof in your dispute thread.
4. If you are not scammed by another user within 30 days, your premium is kept as a profit. Coverage periods are month-to-month. usually insurance premiums will total 10% of your last months marketplace revenue. (Subject to review.)
5. This service only covers on-site deal disputes, so do not talk off-site with another user, and you are required to use due diligence, deliberate risky behavior will be deemed negligence.

There will be 20 client spots available. Fees will not be collected until an on-site trusted middle man is selected, and agreed upon by both starting clients, and the service provider, until fees are collected no coverage will be in-place. There shall be a coverage cap on a 2:1 ratio of monthly premiums collected, with a mandatory waiting period of two months.

I just read the thread three times and I could not understand what he's trying to offer. It actually makes zero sense to me.

He is attempting to offer his own insurance service on HF. You pay a monthly premium for insurance coverage, in the case of any deal disputes or scams -- in the case that you are scammed, a claim will then have to be filed through the user (who has a MM holding your funds), to which he will review and accept or decline.

I'm not sure of the legality of this, but it's certainly an interesting idea.

Please refer to rule 13 for marketplace violations

Theres a reason a MM is selected and has to be approved by both parties, meaning lets say you opt in for my services, you also have to approve who holds the funds. Even the middle man if he deems that anyone isnt working in the others best interest will act according. There is a two way contract between all three parties to enforce interest it might seem a bit of a cluster fugg, but all three parties have a contract with one another, and the MM holds the crypto currency until the deadline.

Risk is minimized due to fictionalization. I wouldnt be able to "just run off", its being held by a middle man the buyer also approved, and has a contract with.

I wouldnt see a dime until the deadline hits and I keep the premium. Otherwise its paid out; even if theres a dispute between me and the buyer provided it even goes that far, the middle man is there to enforce the safety, and interest of the buyer, not to mention the buyer could also start a dispute against me.

This is nothing more than a risk mitigation product like middle men. However that doesn provide leverage, some users such as vendors automatically accept contracts there is always going to be an inherent risk. But I swallow the MM fees.
Props to you for the idea, seriously. What happens when someone purposely gets "scammed" though?

Due Diligence, and intentional Risky behavior as previously mentioned would be a disqualifier for a payout, its even made obvious that the person should document their trades, however if it slips my gaze, part of the business is accepting the risk. If I don't catch it, I'm shit outta luck. Its not hard to tell when someones got bad intent by observing their behavior, and behavioral patterns. Much attributed to your question can be outlined in posts one, and two regarding required proof.

tl;dr I do my due diligence, I'll just have to swallow the loss thats part of business. Using risk management, still isnt 100% foolproof nothing is.
Interesting idea, no offence, but why would anyone paying you when you registered a little over week ago? Also all deals are at buyer's risk, by now people have already adapted to new contract system + middlemen are already doing a great job at preventing scams so I don't see any point in this service.

If someone gets scammed nowadays, it's newbies who just registered and ignore all the messages from admins about contracts and dealing at their own risk. I seriously doubt they will come across your thread and pay you when they literally ignore the welcoming message that's right in their face

There are some spots you missed, consider skimming over it again, this was mentioned. 🙄 The marketing for this is like a chicken, it has just flown the coup.

🤦‍♀️ Answer me this, I always see members join someone elses thread and start tearing at their product, why are people retarded enough to sales trash? Are you that desperate you're bored? Is life that bad, that the lardass behind the keyboard has to shitpost on a forum on something meant to add value. yet "Jombos extrodanare ewhoring guide make $10,000 monthly, proof added" totally isn't fucking retarded enough. It's just a bunch of edited screenshots, or misrepresented bullshit to sell crap that doesn't work, or some retard selling a fucking program meant to run "combos" the same shit exists for free like centry mba, and yet it marketed like its a miracle product, yet any half-assed person that knows anything about cracking accounts knows that people are more interested in targeted accounts, and the practicality of that is debatable. People are fucking retarded around these parts, arent they.

Furthermore, how has the fucking north nevada police department allowed a hub of "cyber crime" literally one of the biggest continue, without raiding little jimmy and diddling his bits? Literally no ones this fucking retarded.
