If what you told it's true, that the setup is fast and the earnings are instant after that, you'll have the money still today?

I can also go with 50% now and 50% using MM. Or 100% now without MM but with refund option in the contract if I don't get the money back with the method.

No PayPal account needed, all you need is a bank account to accept payments as well as a credit/debit card.
