Cashapp charge backs are a thing, while I haven't experienced them myself my friend has been CBed twice.

And to answer OP's question you can find many different templates for cashapp double dipping all you have to do is just screenshot the payment and paste the double dip on top of the "COMPLETED". Also how long the accounts last depends on many different factors although I'd recommend making a new cashapp every few days to avoid scam warnings and to avoid getting locked as with the recent update you can't withdraw the locked funds anymore.
