Don't recommend buying accounts that are e-mail bound since they can ALWAYS be recovered. Unless you're buying an account that isn't linked to an e-mail and you can link it yourself, you aren't secured, js.

Even with a new email in place, whatever it may be, accounts can ALWAYS be manually recovered through the ticket system. The original owner will always have a claim on whatever account is in question.

Buying an account from a scammer always has inherent risk, it can be pulled back at any time.

Debatable, Set E-mail Image (Click to View) , just logged in to an account I bought about a few months back that I haven't bothered to secure and all I have to do is add an e-mail to the account. There's no way for someone to recover an account that they don't have access to unless they have the e-mail registered to the account. The most commonly sold accounts have e-mails already linked to them due to them being used personally. Accounts meant to be sold and not recoverable are sold with unbounded e-mails so you can link whatever e-mail you want and feel 100% secure. Good luck proving you're the owner of an account that's unbounded 🤐.

If you have billing information, ISP information, creation dates, past passwords etc, you can recover any account without e-mail access given that you're the original owner or have a plethora of details + a proxy w/ a location in close proximity to the origin of the account.

Sure accounts with unbound e-mail addresses may be less prone to being recovered as the creators have more than likely created them in bulk to stock an account store like on PA, etc, but there is ALWAYS risk with any account that isn't created by you. The ticket system is a back and forth with a real person once they've reviewed your request, I've gone through the same process many times, with plenty of successes.

D0xing and recovering accounts with residential proxies was HUGE for years, there were forums that can't be mentioned on HF that specialized specifically on recovering.

Shit, you right. Giving all that information, if you keep any of it, will more than likely help you recover any account you've made. In my personal experiences I've never dealt with anyone recovering any accounts (thank god) but I agree with you on the points you've made.
