BITCOIN PRICE 2021 | Stock-To-Flow Model | PlanB

Things that affect the bitcoin price.

Not so long ago I started to take an interest in Bitcoin.
While I started my research I came across very interesting things that I would like to share with you guys.

First. I don't know if you guys know about PlanB(Twitter), but if you are interested in Bitcoin's behavior then you should definitely follow him. He has been making models for a long time (stock-to-flow model (S2F)), and so far frighteningly precise. To give you an idea, see photo.

But why is this year going to be a great success for Bitcoin? (As I see it).
I have a few reasons for that:

1. Bitcoin has been following PlanB's Stock-to-flow model for years. If this continues, we see a bright future for bitcoin.
2. There was a halving last year. It is a recurring pattern that Bitcoin shows high gains after a halving.
3. More and more money is being printed, think for example of Biden who is going to have 1900+ billion $ printed. This causes the value of the money to fall more and more, and we get a large inflation. His motive is that we should come to the aid of the economy, but if it were up to me, bankruptcy is part of life, and this endless money printing business will only cause greater problems in the future.
But for Bitcoin holders, this is only good news. As a result, more and more investors are looking for something that retains value. Then they quickly come to Gold or Bitcoin.
4.Less and less Bitcoin on the exchanges, because people buy bitcoin for the long term. It seems that investors are less and less inclined to trade with bitcoin, but that they are willing to keep holding their bitcoin. And that is only positive for the price of bitcoin. The offer is already limited, and is now getting smaller.
5. More and more large companies are buying or making Bitcoin available, so that people can buy bitcoin through them. Think of PayPal or Mastercard.

Etc. etc.

I can go on for a while. I am very curious what you think of Bitcoin, or maybe have other good reasons why Bitcoin is going Bullish this year, or not!
In my eyes Bitcoin will reach this year at least 100k, maybe even towards 200k.

What are your predictions, and where is it based on?
I wouldn't rely solely on one model, so I personally follow multiple which together can help inform some decisions. Better than not relying on anything IMO but always be cautious that all models will be broken at one point.

I follow many of the models live (somewhat lagged / daily close) here - https://www.lookintobitcoin.com/

LIB is the most useful freely available macro insight that I've ever seen on Bitcoin. Sucks that I only discovered it this market cycle but it is what it is.

I agree if you are a boomer, bitcoin/alts and shit like DeFi's and NFT's are good investment, you'll have a few years - maybe even a decade or two - of fomo stonks. If you are young tho, I think it's smarter to invest in corpo's processing food and water. I have 5% on ecolab and another 5% on nestle and like 2% scrap scattered over random DeFi's like that I hope will spark within the next decade.

Well i don't rely on only this Stock-To-Flow model, but also the other things I mentioned above support my expectation that this will be a fantastic year.
But if I may ask you, what bitcoin price is in your opinion reasonable to archieve this year?

I don't think you know the age bracket of the boomer generation. They are at least 58 yrs old.

As for the White Clock model. I think it's fine. I don't see how BTC will hit $10m by 2025 but Bitcoin continues to surprise me with the speed of pricing value. Years ago I thought about now we'd be near $10k but we passed that and more in 2017. The multiples of Bitcoin are so insane that if you blink it's already a 100x value from what you thought. $10m USD value for BTC is basically the level mentioned in the Satoshi Whitepaper for being the global currency.

I do firmly believe that BTC will be the global standard for world currencies and everything will be backed by Bitcoin. 2025....how can that happen in 4 years?

Well i doubt also that $10m around 2025, but bitcoin has been following this model so beautifully for years. We will see.

I think you are right about that. Just like gold is/was the standard for the currencies. That is what Bitcoin can become.

Only thing we have to do: Put money in it, and just wait 5 years.
And to give advice; don't get emotionally involved with your money. Bitcoin has its fluctuations, but in the long term it will only rise.
