Hello,
So I'm using a nulled woocommerce Subscription plugin.
Do I take any risk by using this plugin for commercial use?
Kind regards
You should never use 'nulled' varients of such scripts/plugins. Why? Because they might've been backdoored without your knowledge, is that something you would want on a commercial website? No.
To answer your question, you are most likely fine because WordPress is licensed under GLP2.
Well it depends on your source of provider and if you know php then there is no issue using nulled as far as you can find out malicious code if there is any but there are few very reputed nulled providers also. In case you need just pm me and i will send you forum url.
but if you do not know how malicious code looks like then buy in case your source provider is not tested and trusted.

You underestimate the malicious tricks. 1 simple line of code, base64 or a Javascript, or even simpler an added line in JQuery will do a lot for the guys that made the Nulled theme or plugin "Free".

I wouldn't listen to anybody here, I'll be completely honest with you unlike these other people who have stumbled upon a "Why you shouldn't use nulled or free Wordpress themes" article when searching the exact same thing.
Are they completely safe? No. Can they be malicious? Yes. I have hosted countless amount of Wordpress sites and I have only ever purchased a theme MAYBE once or twice. The rest of the time I have used nulled themes and plugins. A handful of these have been successful websites using unlicensed themes and plugins. Your traffic has no idea the difference between a nulled theme and a paid theme. 99% of the time if you download a nulled theme the worst that will happen to you is the THEME IN THE FOLDER is not the THEME YOU DOWNLOADED.
This happens because: many "nulled" Wordpress sites are CPA (Cost-Per-Action) sites in which you solving the captcha and downloading a fake .zip theme essentially earns them money in the end. The trick is to find the right website. The best (hands down) for the longest time was WEADOWN which turned into WEAPLAY, however both of these instances at the moment are down due to Cloudflare issues (most likely a legal matter). All themes downloaded were exactly as advertised, including paid plugins and when scanned with antimalware and backdoor plugins (which you can get by the way, peace of mind) they always proved to be clean enough for use.
Besides, if you're using themes and plugins which are supposedly malicious on a website in which your only goal is to have a website you should not be concerned because even in an event (lets call it worst case scenario) your website was hijacked, it's literally ONLY your Admin CP... you will still have access to your Hosting and Domain providers which will allow you to easily reinstall your Wordpress install if something was to happen in which you no longer have control.
Remember, always create a local backup on your PC.

Don't listen to this clown. Saying I am not honest? Who said that I've Google'd this?

And this alone is the reason why you should not be using a nulled plugin/theme.

Congratulations on having run multiple sites with nulled plugins/themes. The traffic indeed doesn't know, but that should not be why it is OK to run such plugins/themes.

This is somewhat true, yes some sources provide clean plugins, but do you really want to risk this on a commercial site?
"Clean enough for use.", get out 🙃
Who says the antimalware/backdoor scanner detects every type of backdoor?

TouchNow wants to use this site for commercial purposes; if one gets access to the Admin CP, many important data can get leaked, simply don't risk it.

You clearly need to take a little break from the internet. No where did I imply you were even dishonest.
Is the fact that you're so dishonest the reason why you're so triggered by my post?
I am fully entitled to my opinion and I gave it to him, try and not have an episode over something so ridiculous.
Using nulled Wordpress content is about as "do at your own risk" as using a RAT. Unless you've actually produced a Wordpress theme or plugin I don't see why you would be so fucking upset over something.
Besides, read his post - he's already using it. LMAO!

Your hosting provider could shut down your site if it got reported, if you wanna illegally use software you need reliable offshore hosting

Re-read your own post.

So now you're directly calling me dishonest, get out, LOL.

Yes, you are. Nowhere did I state that you are not entitled to your own opinion.

Yes. I am not upset; I am merely stating my view on the topic, just as you are.

Still, he is asking for information on the topic, which I provided; it doesn't make my reply nor your reply any less useful to the guy.
