Hi, I have my PayPal verified business account for over 5 years now.
And I always completed successfully withdraw, sent, received, money from my PayPal.

Never had any issue, and in between 3 withdraws the transaction withdrawal past week got declined, but both withdraws before and after this particular one got declined.

Is there anything someone in the same situation to guide me through?

In case of someone asks why I did withdraw the money 3 times in the same day or week, is because the cash flow of the business is high but withdraws was separated by 250/300 euro each to buy bitcoin with my bank card to buy bitcoin which has no real link to Paypal for doing so.

Already opened a case "dispute" on it to reach out to PayPal to solve this, so the money comes back to Paypal or goes through to my bank.

I will call my bank today to see if they can do something about it, and should I call PayPal too?

I once had it declined too, tried again after 24h and it worked. If you're fully verified I don't see a reason for them to decline, maybe your bank/card info is expired?

I am waiting for the money since day 30th of last month, I've contacted my bank and there's no issue on their end.
I've opened a case on that withdrawal transaction they assume it was unauthorized lol.

So I sent PayPal an email, I'll wait for their response, if they take too long, I'll call tomorrow or Tuesday.

The strange thing is that all withdraws after that specific withdraw go well.
And that declined to withdraw didn't return to my PayPal account or to my bank.

Even if you are fully legit PayPal can still cause problems. I'm waiting for the day that someone comes in and takes a shit on PayPal because god damn that company is ass juice

PayPal is known for fucking small and large businesses of all kinds. Verified or not. If its an option id try your absolute hardest to stop using them. Stripe is massive and completely underrated.

Just so if anyone gets in the same situation.

After withdraw is denied it takes 14-30 business days for the money to come back to PayPal balance (what I steal I see they holding the fees on holding the money in their bank)

Before calling them I couldn't withdraw them, I was "blocked, for an unknown reason" and they asked for a SMS code to my phone, and they unblocked it.

It seems that it occurs sometimes with some accounts, but my account was fine.

Already solved it on call, you can see above. It wasn't working anywhere. Got "blocked" for security reasons it seems.

It wasn't a big amount, but it was necessary to know if I would get the money sooner or later and if was everything good with my account of course.

My guess would be the Multiple attempts your bank flagged it.

Before calling PayPal I called my bank, it wasn't an issue from my bank. It never "arrived" to be accepted or denied by my bank.

No, you are more worried than PayPal with my business. If it was something that would hurt my account it would be inspected and reviewed.

The situation is solved, is just the PayPal system, they said I might have failed to provide the SMS code (authentication) once or multiple times, but I don't recall failing to type the codes.
I just kept the thread open in case of someone in the same situation follow the same steps that I did to solve it as well.
