I think there is going to be a point when any crypto company wants to do business with U.S. citizens will have to report to the IRS.

Im pretty sure every company that wants to business with the U.S. citizens already does that. This is discouraging though people are using VPN's just to bypass it. This is why decentralized exchanges is important.

Thats true but in the video the guy says Coinbase currently does not report gains to the IRS. If thats true, it wont take too long before Gov. will find a way to make reporting them mandatory.
