I'm not into E-Whoring, but I noticed these were "Top Quality" and a pretty large collection (12 GB).
Why not share it with the E-Whoring fans or "business" members?

What does ToS banned mean? Can I re-upload them or are they gone?

I just checked the URL and a few maps. All the checked files are still visible to me.

Update; I am able to download (ZIP file) one of the packs that is inside this collection.
I deleted it again as I don't want E-Whoring stuff on my device. Anyways, please PM me when you read this.
I want to check a few things, perhaps other packs still work or perhaps it's your location? I'm relatively new to this, so I want to get things working flawlessly for the community here.
