kali linux will be absolutely useless to you. until you learn how it works and how to at bare minimum run the toolkits properly you will get, at best, nowhere. at worst youll probably figure out just enough to have your IP logged by a sysadmin's IDS doing something stupid.

your best bet, learning your system aside, is learning people. 3/4 of all attacks on something have been easier defeated by social engineering than by methodically defeating security measures on your own. TL;DR fuck the fat manager and ask politely, same as above

The website of mobile operator is not the same as a CRM system in which information about customers is kept (There are several other interesting registers thanks to which you can get more data on individual subscribers). Just getting into this infrastructure without launching IDS / IPS systems or other access control mechanisms requires considerable skills or good friends among the telecom employees. Either way, it's not a simple task🙄
