Basically I need someone’s services to make a cell phone number unusable. I’ve heard of using floodsms and floodcrm type services but phone companies are sophisticated enough to block these nowadays. Any ideas or something someone is willing to offer?

Would you need the cell phone number or the physical cell phone disabled?

Why?
