Iceland or maybe Norway. Can't be bothered to live in the constant heat of the southern countries. Although Switzerland would be quite nice too, cause of it's really central location. Would be able to just take a train anywhere in Europe.

Norway. It's not Sweden, but close enough. Denmark would be great too except that the language is sh​it and the country is flat as sh​it.

If money restrictions are not a thing, I would pick New Zealand/Australia. People there live a very chill life, at least compared to the place I live in right now. If I would take money into account, probably something like Thailand, beautiful place, inexpensive, open and happy people.

Amsterdam is not really a country, I can drive to Amsterdam in less than an hour but it's pretty boring. the canals are alright if you've never seen it before, but that gets boring really fast. ^^
