I neeeeeed a show similar to this, after rewatching it I confirmed it to be my favourite anime of all time. If anyone has any suggestion for an anime that has a male MC and yandere female MC please share :P

Try out Deadman Wonderland if you haven't; saw it on Netflix in English - hardcore stuff lol.

You also might be interested in Higurashi. Though the "game" theme isn't prevalent in these anime as much.

I think you'd also like Durarara!! I watched it all in English, but I recommend both dub and sub.
