How to make money exchanging BTC and giftcards?

I assume that if you use Zelle, Applepay, Paypal, etc. It is VERY risky cause they have the ability to chargeback. But what if you use gift cards? is the risk the same if the funds to buy the card were stolen? I heard that you can buy steam cards that can turn out to be a profit cause you can buy skins, fortnite or apex legend stuff and then sell them for bitcoin at a cheaper rate.

I see a lot of trade for BTC and gift cards so MAYBE there is a way to make money with this? WHat am I missing?

I'll tell you what you are missing:

Gift cards (Steam , Amazon , netflix) or whatever are usually obtained by carding (using stolen credit cards) and then if you sell somebody BTC and get an fraudulent gift card basically you will lose the BTC + The gift card will be not valid (not mentioning that for example they can also block your amazon/steam accounts for redeeming fraudulent cards.

So there's no way to make money with sites like paxful?

I was involved in paxful and I am speaking from all the experience I have been through.

90% of paxful giftcard sellers are fraudulent, then you have 10% chances to find a legit seller and make money off it but on my opinion dont worth the time and risk.
