So i purchased one of his Emerald packs "Rebecca"
i opened a contract, the contract re-directed me to a third party selling link, i paid and purchased the pack and even got the delivery.
when i downloded the 10 gb file and opened it, it was completely different than the previews that Dopamine has shown on his thread before purchasing.
On the previews on his thread, he has shown that pictures have no watermarks of OnlyFans, but when i downloaded the pack and opened it , all pictures and videos were OnlyFans watermarked, i can no longer use thoda videos to ewhore.
He even cancelled the contract from his end, i just want to know now how do i open a dispute against him and get my money back?
i have all the proof of payments, his PM of delivery and everything.
Please help me HF Staff

Also why exactly did you pay before even accepting the contract?

If he cancelled the contract then there is no contract at all I guess. He never accepted the contract he just cancelled it so you can't file a dispute.
Make sure that there is contract before sending the payment.

thats something he did wrong, is it allowed to take payments and give the delivery without even accepting a contract?
he just said the steps, 1-open contract 2- there will be a sellix link click and pay on that and write the order id on the thread with girl name
i followed it correctly, he even lied to me. i asked him if the pack has normal clothed pics or not, he said yes there are normal clothed pics but since this is just an onlyfans leak there is no clothed pics in the pack.
i will never buy anything from HF now, my 1st experience is such a scam.

sir, i had talked to him 2-3 days before payment
he just said the steps that open the contract , pay on sellex (the third party website which he is using) and then write the order id and girl name in thread back.
i followed it :(

I guess he never accepted the contract you have made and cancel it instead as you have said it was being canceled.

Personally, I consider this straight up abuse of the contract system. You made a deal and even said it was completed, yet you cancel the contract to prevent any disputes from being made. Closing this and referring it to admins as Staff aren't here to set marketplace policies.
