Who here has actually withdraw their BAT from Brave Browser?

Don't know exactly when I downloaded Brave Browser, but at the start it didn't show me any ads (wasn't available for my country yet) and somewhere this year I've started getting ads, but I completely forgot to check my rewards anyway.

Wanted to withdraw my rewards to BlockFi, but I noticed that the network fee is 17 BAT? Like what? That is like 15$ fee, why the fuck is the fee so high lmao. In context I only received 21 BAT so far from rewards. So with the network fee, I would only get 4 BAT from idk how long from Brave ads.

Did anyone here actually withdrew their BAT from the Brave Browser? Is there any way to avoid this hideous fee or is this the standard procedure?

Apparently if you link your account with Gemini the fees aren't that high. Will do that now and will update the thread.
You can link Uphold acc and convert in that to some low fees crypto and withdraw.

What are the cryptos that are low fee on Uphold? Litecoin or any other?
I remember not using Brave after I learned that you need KYC to withdraw BAT.

Here listen to someone who is credible on HF, rather than an idiot foaming at the mouth spewing nonsense.

Connect your Gemini and deposit out. If you are in a jurisdiction that Brave still does not allow you to. Simply make a website and donate the rewards to it then cash out through brave creator which also is linked to Gemini. Fees? Never heard of them.
Linked it to Uphold like a year or two ago, withdrew $150 or so after a year of using it. Worked fine, transferred to cash and withdrew to bank.

Back then I don't think there was a significant fee at all. It has high fees now I believe because of Ethereum Gas Fees being high and its a ERC-20 token.

That’s sweet bro. $150 for just using the internet. That could be life changing for 3rd world

That was also during the time it like 3x'd in value I think but one of the cryptos with a sweet use case! I wouldn't be surprised if the average 1 year case is probably $20-$50.

Only thing that worries me is when they inserted referral codes automatically; something along the lines of that if I remember right.

What i do is get my rewards in uphold. Exchange the BAT to XRP on there and then withdraw XRP to my main wallets since XRP fees are pretty low.
live life large.
I do get a lot of rewards on brave, but I have yet to withdraw the bonuses.

It is quite simple, but you have to register on the site.
I haven't withdraw from brave eh

Did you end up doing this? If so how did it work for you and what'd you pay for a withdraw fee?

Also approximately how much BAT did you earn, and about how long did it take you to earn the amount you did earn?

Might be similar to what MetaMask does with Uniswap.

Brave requires KYC in order to withdraw BAT?

Damn, never knew that. Turns me off to the idea of using Brave not gonna lie.

This as well. ETH network fees are high right now, which I'm sure is contributing to why it's so high to withdraw at the moment.

Current ETH network fees:
> $9.92 via Exodus recommended fee
> $6.09 on "Average" via Etherscan's ETH Gas Tracker

Even some HF members that it would really help because of their locations.
Hell, I'm in the US and would love an extra $150 right now lol.
