1st of all well done for posting all the screenshots, saves time for anyone wanting to weigh in on the dispute.

The fact he got annoyed at you copying a bio gives the impression that they aren't that much of a mature seller, and the fact he blocked you over and over, while asking for a vouch when you clearly aren't happy with the product is both sad, and a fair note that he probably would of stopped replying once you vouched, since they want positive reviews and many people simply exchange that for help.
