Maybe I am overthinking this so just wanted some advice. I posted on a thread about a BTC exchange. He PM'd me.

YET he is not upgraded and his rating is very suspect. Then he did not indicate at all he wanted to use contracts.

Do you think he was trying to pull a fast one on me?  -
